AIELLO Kalamata Olive Tapenade is a Provençal delight of Greek origin, popular in the south of France, where it is served frequently as hors d’oeuvre: a dip for raw vegetables, or spread on crusty bread or crackers. It’s also delicious and savory on broiled or roasted meats, grilled fish, in sandwiches, soups and vegetables. This tapenade brings together the pungent, full bodied kalamatas with the fruitier green and black olives, anchovies and capers with olive oil.
