Simply put a spoonful of coffee in a cup and pour hot water (not boiling) over it. Then add sugar or cream to your liking. Instant coffee is also perfect for a quick iced coffee on hot summer days. For this delicious refreshing drink, fill a long drink glass with a teaspoon full of La Virginia instant coffee, add sugar if you like and a tablespoon of water, mix with a mini frother until it has become like foam. Then add milk or creamer and about 3-4 ice cubes and top of with iced water. Mix it all up again and you are ready to enjoy a nice homemade iced coffee.
