Rosamonte yerba mate, grown and processed in Misiones, Argentina, uses hard wood within their drying ovens and maintains all their warehouses temperature controlled to give its yerba, the best qualities possible for a good mate. This version of Rosamonte is a smoother and lighter version of the regular yerba. While it is not as earthy and green, its still hold good traditional flavors.

Light flavor yerba mate made with stems. The stems add a slightly wooden taste and tend to make it a bit lighter. This is the most traditional and common Mate drinking style and is also known as yerba con palo.
