SOULIE St. André is a soft ripened French cheese from cow’s milk, in the style of brie or camembert. St. Andre Creamery was founded in 1928 by a village cheesemaker in the middle of the Pyrénées region, also the birthplace of Roquefort cheese. It was some 40 years later that the triple-cream St. Andre as we know it today was introduced. St. Andre has made its reputation as richer-than-brie delight of thick sour and sweet creams. An excellent addition to any cheese tray.

During summer time and hotter months, this item is recommended to be shipped 2nd Day Air to ensure freshness. During other cooler months, item is recommended to be shipped 3rd Day Select. We cool this item with ice blocks but dry ice is also available for an extra charge. If you would like dry ice to be used, please call to let us know.
