Our REVILLA Bone-in Jamon Serrano is the traditional jamon serrano from Spain with a full body, robust, rich and savory flavor. With a firm and dry texture and a pronounced saltiness, this jamon serrano is magnificent when sliced thin for tapas together with some nice red wine, manchego cheese, chorizo and our El Faro olives or even on sandwiches. Serve at room temperature or above to allow releasing of the flavors.

During summer time and hotter months this item is recommended to be shipped 3rd Day Select. We cool this item with ice blocks but dry ice is also available for an extra charge. If you would like dry ice to be used, please call to let us know. Final shipping costs will be not be reflected on website order if dry ice is requested.
