TARTUFLANGHE Black Summer Truffle Cream is highly concentrated, with 99 percent truffle (Tuber Aestivum) and a touch of olive oil. This forceful truffle puree has a special affinity for pasta dishes, risotto and cheese.

The truffle’s intoxicating aroma and exquisite flavor led the ancient Greeks to imagine they were created by peals of thunder striking the earth. Truffles are in fact rare tuberous mushrooms that grow underground near trees and are hunted with the assistance of trained dogs and pigs.

TARTUFLANGHE’s center for the production of culinary delicacies showcasing the glorious truffle is in Piobesi, a small village in the Roero, just outside of Alba.
