In Argentina, there are three sizes of refined rock salt available: sal fina - fine salt, sal entrefina - half-refined salt, or sal gruesa - coarse salt. For barbecue grilling, a half-refined salt, like our Sal Parrillera, will bring out the best flavors. And here is how you do it: before the grilling, sprinkle or rub your meats or fish with it, and then let it sit for a few minutes so the salt can start soaking in, slowly penetrating the meat.
